Description
The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold AFB in Tennessee (TN) is seeking sources interested and capable of meeting the Government�s requirement for a new Balance Block, as described in the Introduction paragraph below. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. INTRODUCTION: This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government�s requirement for contracting with an Air Show Management Firm to coordinate at least one civilian flyovers for the 75th Air Force Anniversary scheduled Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., CDT. The technical requirements for portable toilets, trash, tents, and chain of command schedule shall reference Atch 1 � Technical Specifications. Delivery is required to Arnold AFB located in TN. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research efforts, the requirement may result in a sole source acquisition, it may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in art), or may be procured through full and open competition. This sources sought is for the set up and tear down of 10 Tents; 30 Portable Toilets, 4 handwashing stations, and 4 ADA compliant portable toilets; Trash; one aerial event; seating for Change of Command Ceremonies and six (6) charter buses with drivers. See Atch 1- Technical Specificaitons. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 711320 Promoters of Performing Arts Without Facilities. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) or this requirement is R499, Support-Professional. Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product, to include ENCORE II, General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle.
