Amendment 0002: 1. The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to EXTEND the HOUR & DATE for Receipt of Offers to: 10-28-2025 8:00 AM PDT. 2. The other purpose of this Amendment is to provide an UPDATED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) SOW_EMS REV 1 10.10.2025 and new Attachments, which are Exhibits 10, 11, 12, and 13. This SOW (SOW_EMS REV 1 10.10.2025) replaces the SOW in the original solicitation of 09.23.2025. 3. The other purpose of this Amendment is to provide responses to the Requests for Information (RFIs) received. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to include the Site Visit sign-in sheet. --------------------------------------------------------------------- THE SOLICITATION IS TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 2 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide comprehensive construction services to execute necessary modifications to the Building 100 Loading Dock area in preparation for the relocation of (1) existing trash compactor and installation of (2) new trash compactors and (1) new cart wash station ordered by Environmental Management Service (EMS). Please see detailed information in the attached solicitation. SITE VISIT: Thursday, October 2nd, 2025 (10/02/2025) at 9:00 AM PDT Potential Offerors are strongly urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performing construction services. Failure to inspect the site shall not constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. See specific information regarding the project pre-offer site visit, which will be the only opportunity for potential Offerors to visit the site. All potential Offerors, subcontractors, and suppliers are strongly encouraged and expected to attend the pre-offer site visit. A site visit will take place on Thursday, October 2nd, 2025 (10/02/2025) at 9:00 AM PDT. The meeting place is Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), Palo Alto Division (PAD) at 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. Meet at Building 100 Lobby.
