Description
This notice serves to announce the intent of the 81st Contracting Squadron to issue a solicitation (competitive acquisition) for Airfield Management Services on a non-personal services basis at Keesler Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi (MS). Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is expected to be 01 April 2026 � 31 March 2027, plus four one-year option periods. The acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 488119, and the size standard is $40.0M. The relevant solicitation documents, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted on https://www.SAM.gov on or about 15 January 2026. The solicitation may be posted earlier or later. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from https://www.SAM.gov, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. Once the solicitation is posted, it is up to the interested party to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents; as well as verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for quotes. Any interested party may submit a quote which will be considered by this organization. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.SAM.gov. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote preparation cost. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date.
