Description
Radio Frequency Filter, NSN 5915-01-692-1222, PR # 7015892630 This requirement currently is for a quantity of 69 units. Quantity price breaks are requested from 60 to 80 units. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(c)(1). Approved source is: MEGGITT NORTH HOLLYWOOD INC (79318) P/N 152189 The Government required delivery is 300 days, and the item will be shipped to the government stock location at Tinker AFB Oklahoma City, OK. Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin (FDT applies). Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance factors, and small business participation. This solicitation is an RFP (Request For Proposal) and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date on or around 7/10/2026. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. FDT (First Destination Transportation) program applies to this procurement and will include Procurement Notes: C16 (DLAD 52.247-9059) - F.O.B. ORIGIN, GOVERNMENT ARRANGED TRANSPORTATION C17 (DLAD 52.247-9058) - FDT PROGRAM - SHIPMENTS ORIGINATING OCONUS This solicitation will not include the Reverse Auction provision.
