Description
The purpose of this announcement is to request competitive proposals from sources capable of meeting the needs of the Andromeda Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement. The Andromeda IDIQ is to define, design, and build technologies and space-based systems for the Space Domain Awareness mission area. The purpose of this announcement is to solicit proposals for entry into the IDIQ awardee pool. The first delivery order will be for RG-XX. General Instructions: This solicitation contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Offerors must request permission to receive CUI documents from the following individuals listed below. Offerors must provide a CAGE code associated with a compliant NIST SP 800-171 assessment to receive access to CUI attachments and to be eligible for award. Proposals are due 12 February 2026 at 0800 Pacific Standard Time. Proposals received after the date and time specified will be treated IAW 52.215-1. Offerors must email the following individuals to request a DoD SAFE drop off link: Primary POC: Capt Andrew Madison at andrew.madison.6@spaceforce.mil, Procuring Contracting Officer 1st Lt Kevin Sequeira at kevin.sequeira@spaceforce.mil, Contract Specialist Backup POC: Capt Hannah Schulz at hannah.schulz.1@spaceforce.mil For any classified items related to the proposal, Offerors must pre-coordinate with the Government Security Officers as soon as possible but not later than 10 business days prior to delivering the proposal to the PCO.
