Description
The Embassy of the United States of America in Jerusalem, hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quote (RFQ) for: Construction services to dismantle bridge and construct an ADA compliant ramp and staircase for the US Embassy in Jerusalem The Embassy of the United States of America in Jerusalem intends to issue a firm-fixed price type contract for construction services. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses required to perform the services in Israel. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures. If your company is qualified for this work and interested in the solicitation, please send your expression of interest to JRSEmbProposals@state.gov no later than COB March 03, 2026, using "191S4026Q5928" as the subject line. Your expression of interest needs to include: 1. The Company name and full address; 2. The point of contact and her / his e-mail address The solicitation is in English only; all communication shall be by e-mail and in English only, telephone calls will not be considered. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be determined later; details will be provided to those offerors who express interest in receiving the RFQ package. The solicitation package/documents shall NOT be placed on Sam.gov as the document contains SBU information. Only companies submitting a letter of interest shall receive a copy of the solicitation package/documents when available. Thank you for your interest.
