Project Description: The project consists of (1) base bid Base Bid Item: The project includes all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform major maintenance and repairs to the Boat Maintenance Facility at the USCG Sector Southeastern New England, Woods Hole, Massachusetts. Work includes (1) Repair exterior siding, roof, doors, and windows; (2) Replace missing insulation; (3) Interior abatement of peeling lead-based paint on steel members and recoating; (4) Repair concrete spalling and cracks under structural supports and around foundation. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the project specifications (PSN 7626344), project drawings, all local, State, and Federal Codes. and all required permitting. NAICS Code: 236220 -- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SBA Size Standard: $45.0 Million Construction Magnitude: The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204.
