Description

Amendment 0001: Extends the submission deadline to 5/13/26 at 12:00PM Eastern Time. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to install a Reverse Osmosis System located at USCG Station Cape Charles. See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for HUBZone Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 05/06/2026 via email to Contract Specialist Keven Weaver at keven.d.weaver@uscg.mil and contracting Officer Frank Burton at frank.r.burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the email addresses listed above no later than 4/29/26. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 04/23/2026 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG Station Cape Charles located at 11 Marina Rd. Cape Charles VA, 23310. Interested parties must arrange site visits with MKC Matthew Bowman at matthew.d.bowman@uscg.mil or by phone at 252-229-2876. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided. Visitors with a valid Military ID or RAPIDGate pass will not be required to complete the access form.
