Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors., with size standard of $19M.Type of Set-Aside-This acquisition is being offered as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code identified above. Construction Magnitude: In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $10M-$25M. Site Visit: 16 September 2025 at 1:00 PM. Meet at in the parking lot on the southeast corner of the intersection of Edwards Street and Yeager Ave as shown on the site visit linkup attachment. Access Fort Benning via the Main Gate Visitor Center on Interstate I-185. Plan adequate time for the government to perform a background check and to issue a temporary pass.
