RESTRICTED TO DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR/FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE AE MATOC HOLDERS - Idaho, Utah, Wyaoming and Nevada ONLY Other SF-330 submittals will not be considered or opened. All bridges are within the Forest Service (FS) Intermountain Region (Region 4) National Forests in Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. See attached bridge inspection list. Coordination may be necessary with the following Forest contacts to ensure that proposed inspection schedules align with expected access:
