Expression of interest - Install Heat Pumps - 370 Mackenzie str, Brooklyn, Pretoria, South Africa The U.S. Government requests companies with the proficiency and financial means to provide services in relation to Plumbing and heat pump installation: Scope of work includes but is not limited to: This project focuses on upgrading the heating system by replacing the existing 1000L, 12kW, three-phase water boiler (Model: XS 200, Serial No: 6717-03-2024) with advanced WWK304ZA heat pumps. The goal is to improve operational efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and comply with South African standards SANS 10252, 10254, and 10142 If you are interested in this project, please reply to the emails below. A full scope of work is attached, and you are requested to send your company profile and credentials as proof you are able to provide the service requested in the SOW. Please sent your reply of interest no later than 28 July 2026 via email to: [email protected] & [email protected] with reference (PR16134843) A compulsory site meeting will be held on 29 July 2026, at 10h00 at the 370 Mackenzie str, Brooklyn, Pretoria, South Africa Please forward the ID�s of all the persons attending the Site meeting. U.S Government Payment terms: Note that NO DEPOSIT payments will be authorized. The Embassy issues only fixed priced contracts; therefore, you must confirm that your prices will remain fixed. The US Embassy will make no provision for fluctuations in price or exchange rates once the order has been placed. If your price is dependent on these fluctuations, you MUST make provision for possible increases in your quoted price.
