14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.) The purpose of this Amendment: To Incorporate Questions and Answers To extend the proposal submission due date from March 10, 2026, to March 30, 2026 by 5PM. No proposals shall be accepted after this time and date. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
