Date Awarded: 12/18/2025 Total Amount: $42,787.00 AMENDMENT 1 Add Q&A Document Custer Gallatin NF Ashland RD HVAC Replacement SCOPE OF CONTRACT DESCRIPTION OF WORK � The work shall consist of removing and disposing of an existing heating system and air conditioning units; furnishing and installing new furnaces and AC units in the Ashland Office, Building #2007 and furnishing and installing AC unit in a residence, Building #1033, located in Ashland, Mt on the Ashland Ranger District. ITEM 1, MOBILIZATION: Work shall consist of preparatory work and operations, including those necessary to the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to the project site; and for other work and operations that must be performed or costs incurred prior to beginning work on the various items on the project site. ITEM 2, FURNISH AND INSTALL NEW FURNACE AND AC UNITS (BUILDING NO. 2007): Work shall consist of removing 2 existing furnaces and replacing with an Energy Star, minimum 95% Efficiency Rated Goodman electric furnaces with all piping and fittings, removing 2 existing AC Units and replacing with an Energy Star, minimum 4 ton Goodman AC Units and all accessories to ensure for a complete project along with a new programmable thermostat to be included for a complete project, as described in Section 07000 of the specifications. ITEM 3, FURNISH AND INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (BUILDING NO. 1033): Work shall consist of removing an existing AC Unit and replacing with an Energy Star, minimum 4 ton Goodman AC Units and all accessories to ensure for a complete project, as described in Section 07000 of the specifications. PROJECT LOCATION This project is located in Building #2007 and Building #1033, Ashland Ranger District Office and residence, Ashland Ranger District of the Custer Gallatin National Forest in Ashland, Montana. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Between $25,000 and $100,000. SITE VISIT Per FAR Part 52.236-3 �Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work�, contractor is encouraged and expected to visit the site. No official Site Visit shall be performed. Ensure you are familiar with inclement weather as this may hinder access to certain roads. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Work on the site shall commence no earlier than October 15, 2025, and proceed in accordance with the contractor�s approved work schedule and run continuously till the end of the project no later than November 15, 2025.
