Description
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR BRAND NAME ONLY SCHAEFER SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (SSI) GRAVITY FLOW SHELVING TO INCLUDE DELIVERY AND SERVICE INSTALLATION AT ONE VETERAN AFFAIRS (VA) WAREHOUSE LOCATION, 1 Federal Center Building. 810, Denver, CO 80225. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, FAR Subpart 13.5 � Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 13.501(a) � Brand Name Acquisitions under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented by the information contained herein. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) in accordance with 38 U.S.C. � 8127 and VAAR 819.7005. The Government intends to award a one-time Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be technically acceptable with the lowest evaluated price. The requirement is restricted to the specified brand-name product to ensure form, fit, and functional compatibility with existing warehouse infrastructure. Brand name or equal products will not be accepted. Multiple responsible sources capable of providing the brand-name product are expected to compete. The applicable NAICS code is 333922, with a size standard of 500 employees. The applicable PSC is 3990 � Miscellaneous Material Handling Equipment. Quoters shall submit quotations electronically in accordance with the instructions contained in this solicitation. Quotations shall include pricing for all CLINs and sufficient information to demonstrate technical acceptability and the ability to provide the specified brand-name product. Quoters shall be registered at SAM.gov at the time of quote submittal to be considered for award. Quotes are due electronically by email to Eric Asper, Eric.Asper@va.gov NLT 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
