Notice of Intent to Issue a Solicitation for Repair Asphalt Runway 14-32, Section 10 - Phase 4 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5, this notice announces the intent of the 436th Contracting Squadron to issue a solicitation for a construction project at Dover Air Force Base. 2. Description of Work. This project involves repairing Runway 14-32. The work includes, but is not limited to, paving, crack sealing, restriping, and other related construction activities necessary to restore the runway to operational standards. 3. Solicitation Details: - Proposed Solicitation Number: FA449726R0006 - Subject: Repair Asphalt Runway 14-32, Phase 4 - Contracting Office Address: Atlantic Street 639, Dover AFB, DE 19902 - Contracting Office ZIP Code: 19902 - Place of Contract Performance: Dover Air Force Base, Delaware - NAICS Code: 237310 � Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. - Product or Service Code: Z2BD - Contract Type: The Government intends to award a competitive, firm-fixed-price definitive contract. - Competition: This acquisition will be conducted as a competitive procurement, and the contracting office intends to request written proposals in accordance with FAR part 15. - Set-Aside Status: This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 6.203 and 19.502-2(b). - Small Business Size Standard: The small business size standard for NAICS code 237310 is $45 million. 4.
