Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement RLP Procurement Summary GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Illinois City: Alton Delineated Area: UPDATED 4/24/26 Northern boundary: SAME AS OLD: IL-255, IL-111, Airport Road Western Boundary: SAME AS OLD: Pierce Lane, Dellmar Ave, State Street, Hwy 67, Hwy 143, Lewis and Clark Blvd Southern boundary: Hwy 143 Eastern Boundary: Hwy 255, Vaughn Rd, Edwardsville Rd, 9th Street, Airline, Hwy 255 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,941 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Parking-to-square-foot ratio available on-site shall at least meet current local code requirements Full Term: 5 years- Please see below Firm Term: 3 years- Please see below Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Important Note: 4,941 ABOA SF of office space is desired, for a term of 15 years, 10 firm. If that square footage is unavailable, the Government may consider office space ranging from 1,500 ABOA SF to 4,941 ABOA SF at its sole discretion. If the space is less than 4,940 ABOA SF, the term will be 5 yrs, 3 firm. Parking-to-square-foot ratio available on-site shall at least meet current local code requirements Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Offered space must be located in contiguous space and on one floor. Offered Space shall allow for an accessible main public entrance and an accessible separate employee entrance as part of the shell rate. Employee and visitor entrances of the Building must be connected to public sidewalks or street by continuous, accessible sidewalks. If space offered is above ground level, at least two (2) accessible elevators will be required. The Government will have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
