Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Spokane Campus, intends to award a sole?source contract for for water, sewer and garbage collection for the NIOSH Spokane facility to the City of Spokane. The period of performance will be for 12 months. Based on the unique regulatory and geographical constraints, the Government intends to negotiate and award this requirement on a sole?source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302?1�Only One Responsible Source. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation will be issued, and no proposals will be accepted. Any responses received will be reviewed solely for the purpose of determining whether a bona fide competitive source exists. Any questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing ONLY to Ronalda Ohio at uex0@cdc.gov. The anticipated date of award is April 01, 2026. Telephone inquiries will not be honored.
