U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Oklahoma City: Oklahoma City Delineated Area: North: 40 Highway East: South Sooner Road South:SE 149th Street/ SE 19th Street/SW 19th Street/SW 149th Street to I44 to SW 119th Street West: South Council Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,540 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,071 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: �1.5 acres of fenced ware yard space to store large equipment items such as boats, atv�s, etc. �Warehouse space including dock height and drive in doors to support storage of program supplies such as steel and wire. �Heavy live floor load capacity of 100 lbs. per square foot and minimum ceiling height of 14 feet. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
