AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to industry questions and update the solicitation and attachments as necessary. The response due date has been extended to 22 August 2025; 1:00 PM CDT. SOLICITATION NOTICE/RFP Military Clerks for Medical Entrance Processing Station (MEPS)The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Randolph, Texas (TX), is issuing this Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide non-personal data entry clerks for MEPS at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Randolph, Texas (TX).The solicitation/RFP identifier is FA300225R0012. This requirement involves providing non-personal data entry clerks for the Air Force Accessions Center located at JBSA Randolph. The Service Provider (SP) shall provide all personnel and supervision required to accomplish the MEPS requirement. The SP shall meet all requirements and responsibilities in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (See Solicitation Attachments 1).This acquisition will be a competitive 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside under the 8(a) program and will be a Best Value/Past Performance source selection. See attached Solicitation and Attachments for additional instructions and information regarding this Solicitation. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking SAM.gov for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued and/or Questions and Answers that are posted. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement. Contact with Government personnel other than the Point of Contacts (POCs) listed below by a potential Offeror or their employees regarding this acquisition is strictly prohibited. Any questions in regards to this Solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the following individuals: Contract Specialist: Jackson Hager at jackson.hager@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer: Capt Christopher Arnold at christopher.arnold.19@us.af.mil. All proposals will be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) solicitation module bye the date specified in the solicitation, no proposals will be accepted via email.
