Description
The purpose of this amendment is to provide revised Terms and Conditions (C05 Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions Revised); provide answers to questions received (C05 Attachment 10 - QandA); provide list of vendors that attended the site visit (C05 Attachment 11 - Site Visit Attendees GVWC) and to extend the quote due date to June 9, 2026. Please see Summary of Changes. Please return a signed copy of the attached SF-30 (C05 SF 30 1240LR26Q0017 0001). ************************************************************************************ The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Garden Valley Work Center, Emmett Ranger District, Boise National Forest, has a need for janitorial services. The base item, and consecutive option years for this solicitation is for the Garden Valley Work Center (Building) occupied by Forest Service employees. See C04a Attachment 2 � Statement of Work for a complete list of requirements. See page 15 for submission requirements.
