This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.603. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is soliciting quotations for liquid sanitary waste disposal and grease pumping services at FCI Phoenix, Phoenix, Arizona. Services include all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, and disposal necessary to perform recurring waste collection services at multiple on-site locations, including wastewater treatment plant components, lift stations, and grease traps. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements Contract with unit pricing per collection event. Quantities provided are estimated only and are for pricing and evaluation purposes. Payment will be made only for services actually performed and accepted. **A SITE VISIT is scheduled for Monday January 20, 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation and Award Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation is determined to be fair and reasonable and most advantageous to the Government, in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation.
