The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. - Requests For Information (RFI�s) are required to be submitted on attachment �8. RFI Form� and are due to the Contracting Officer (Gregory.Cunningham@usda.gov) via email no later than March 20th, 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
