THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY ANY COSTS FOR RESPONSES SUBMITTED TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. PROCUREMENT TITLE: MAVIG YLED-3F Surgical Light LED (with HD Wireless Camera and Remote Control) SOURCES SOUGHT PURPOSE: The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is for market research purposes, to locate Qualified and Interested Vendors capable of providing supplies described below in the Work and Product Description sections. WORK DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 1), Boston VAMC, intends to start renovations to the Electrophysiology Lab to replace its Philips fluoroscopy system. The lab currently has a ceiling-track mounted MAVIG Y LED 1F surgical light. This requirement is for a MAVIG Surgical Light LED YLED-3F with HD wireless camera is required to be installed and mounted to a second set of rails/trolley. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Manufacturer: MAVIG Model: Surgical Light LED YLED-3F with HD wireless camera with remote control including delivery and installation to mount to Philips provided MAVIG PTZTS58E Portegra2 Set,Rail+Trolley and PORT2 CABLE SPOOLER 250CM.
