Description
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Procurement Solutions (PRS) entered into a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with The Prospective Group (TPG) on behalf of the DCSA Acquisition and Technology (A&T) Program & Execution (P&E) Office. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302?1, �Only one responsible source and no othe supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.�
