Request for Offers: Janitorial Services at multiple facilities for Northern and Southern Regions of Alaska

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to privde the updated Scope of Work for Southern ANC AK; revised 06/16/2026. The SOW for Homer FSS has been added to this amendment. See attachments for the update. There are no other changes to the solicitation. This DOES NOT extend the bid due date and time of 07/03/2026, at 1600 Pacific Time, in the inbox of Angela.Furukawa@faa.gov. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) for Janitorial Services at multiple locations in Northern and Southern regions of Alaska, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). There are multiple SOWs. See attachments under Section J of this RFO. Procurement for this requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside with NAICS Code 561720 Janitorial. Award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract, Base Year Plus 4 Option Years. Questions must be in written form and submitted to Angela.Furukawa@faa.gov by June 10, 2026, 4:00 PM Pacific Time. DO NOT CALL FOR QUESTIONS. Responses to this RFO must be received by the bid due date and time, July 3, 2026, 4:00 PM Pacific Time, in the inbox of Angela.Furukawa@faa.gov. See submission details under Section L of this RFO. Responses to this RFO must clearly reference the RFO number, 697DCK-26-R-00013. Offerors must have an active SAM registration in SAM.gov at the time of submission and have no exclusions. The Contracting Officer�s physical office is in Des Moines, WA.
