Contract Number: 36C25026P0538 Awardee: Beachwood Transportation LLC (UEI: S5MUDWPEM8G7) Type of Contract: Firm fixed price, commercial services NAICS: 485991 Special Needs Transportation (total small business set aside) Source Selection:� Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA)� under FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Total Estimated Value (Base + All Options): $118,900.00 Base Period of Performance: 05/01/2026 04/30/2027 Option Periods: Three option years, if exercised, through 04/30/2030. Services include round trip, non emergent transportation for eligible VA research participants, both ambulatory and wheelchair/ambulette, within and outside defined mileage bands of the medical center, ordered on an as needed basis and billed at firm fixed unit prices per trip. Estimated historical usage is approximately 270 round trips per year; however, quantities are estimates only and do not represent a guaranteed minimum. In accordance with FAR 13.106 3, individual written debriefings or detailed statements of reasons for non selection are not required for this simplified acquisition; unsuccessful vendors may request only a brief explanation of the basis for award. Award was made as a 100% small business set aside.
