Description
This is a notice of intent to sole source for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) 12. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr., Suite M2200, Ann Arbor MI, 48105 in support of VA in support of the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 has a requirement for replacement parts and installation (Part # PM30-43282-2*H) for the Canon Aplio I800 Ultrasound Machine The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510. The FSC/PSC is 6515. The vendor will be Canon Medical Services USA Inc, A firm fixed price contract is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
