Description
This is a solicitation for the procurement of a Banner Printer for The Massachusetts Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion (MAARNG RRB) utilizing simplified procedures under FAR Subpart 12.201-1 for commercial products and services under the simplified acquisition threshold. The MAARNG RRB would like to procure one (1) high-performance large format (banner) production printing system for use by the Marketing Section to replace existing end-of-life cycle device. The purpose of this item is to produce localized, imminently required RPI (Recruiting Promotional Items) for use of the Recruiting and Retention NCOs (RRNCOs) to generate awareness, enhance rapport/relationships, and generate leads and prospects for enlistment into the MAARNG. The large format printing system must be capable of high-volume output, offer superior print quality, and include robust support and maintenance services. The Government contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single Award Purchase Order (PO) Key Requirements: IAW Product Description (See attachment) For complete details, please refer to the full solicitation document. Specific instructions for quote submission are provided in the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors�Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
