Description
The purpose of this acquisition is to install the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) field equipment and network infrastructure for two ARMAGS in building 3672 maintenance hangar. Please respond to this RFQ no later than (NLT) 19 June 2026, 4:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST). A site visit will be conducted on 28 May 2026, 10:00 AM at Kadena AB. Please reach out to the POCs below if you plan to attend the site visit for more details. Please submit all questions by 2 June 2026, 4:00 PM JST to Nina Wickwire at nina.wickwire.2@us.af.mil and SrA Austin Howton at austin.howton@us.af.mil. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/content/home,in order to be considered for award. A current copy of a prospective awardee's Representation and Certification will be validated using the SAM website prior to the issuance of an award. Please provide the following documents to Nina Wickwire and SrA Howton: (1) Performance Work Statement (PWS) incorporating the offeror's technical approach to install and integrate the IDS system in accordance with Attachment 01 - SOO 33 ARMAG V2 (2) Price Exhibit with a quote summary and itemized costs for materials and labor
