The Q&A document is attached below. To facilitate your review, the Q&A postings have been consolidated into one single document, yet segmented into three (3) parts: (1) Technical, (2) Contracting, and (3) Security. The Final RFP is currently forthcoming. A formal Question and Answer phase will be established and intiated concurrent with the release of the Final RFP.
