Description
Objective: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information from building owners and other parties that can potentially provide leased office space described herein. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Government intends to utilize the information from this RFI to verify market capability and determine the feasibility of the requirement. Description: Space Type: Office and Related Space Location: Kalamazoo-Battle Creek-Portage, MI Combined Statistical Area Anticipated Lease Term: Fifteen (15) years firm plus one (1) five (5) year renewal option Anticipated Square Footage: Range of 50,000 to 150,000 square feet Response Requirements: Responses should include the following information: Building name and address; Available space and date of availability; Parking spaces at the building; Asking rate and service type (FS, NNN, NOE, etc.); Typical annual rental rate escalations, if any; Current zoning of the building; Name, address, telephone number, and email address of contact. This RFI is issued to obtain market information for planning purposes which may or may not result in a procurement. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation and responses to this notice are not offers. The Government cannot award a contract on the basis of information received in response to this RFI and will not pay or reimburse parties for the information submitted.
