Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, labor, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary regarding delivery of and service/support for Portable Toilets on Columbus AFB, MS. Contractor shall also provide service to pump out four (4) 1,000 gallon holding tanks located on Columbus AFB and two (2) 150 gallon holding tanks at the Auxiliary Field OLF Alpha located at Shuqualak, MS. Long Term: The contractor shall deliver 8 (eight) units to various locations on Columbus AFB within one (1) workday after contract start date and stake down to the ground to prevent tipping over. Specific location(s) will be determined on contract start date. See Attachment A. Short Term: The contractor shall be prepared to provide up to (10) extra units for special events, (usually one day), emergencies etc. to be delivered, set up, and serviced (cleaning, re-stocking toilet paper, emptying) where needed, within 2 hours of notification. The contractor shall provide an emergency phone number for after-hours contact. Upon request, the contractor shall relocate the various units on base to the designated location on the installation. This shall be accomplished at no cost to the government.
