Description

The Virginia Air National Guard, 192d Wing, is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for interior repairs for Building 768 at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Project Description: The requirement is for a contractor to provide all necessary management, labor, materials, and equipment to perform interior repairs in Building 768. The work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition and disposal of existing carpet and wall base, installation of new carpet tiles and wall base, and interior painting of walls and door frames, as detailed in the project's Statement of Work. Classification: Anticipated NAICS Code: 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors (Size Standard: $19.0 million) Product/Service Code (PSC): Z2AA - Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings Purpose: This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The government is seeking to identify qualified and capable sources, particularly from the small business community, to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future procurement. Submission Requirements: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services are invited to submit a response to this notice. The response should, at a minimum, include: Company Name, Address, and Point of Contact information. CAGE Code and Unique Entity ID (UEI). Business size status under the identified NAICS code (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, etc.). A brief capabilities statement (no more than 3 pages) demonstrating the company's experience with similar projects. This is not a request for quote or proposal, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.
