Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 DESCRIPTION The Veterans Administration Cincinnati VAMC, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, intends to release an Invitation for Bid (IFB) 36C25026B0002 for Project #539-21-108 entitled Remediate Temperature Controls on or about October 23, 2025. The full solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on www.sam.gov. This project will replace and upgrade antiquated controls throughout the facility. The facility will upgrade or replace a mixture of pneumatic and aged Direct Digital Controls (DDC) Systems and the equipment they serve that are no longer performing adequately. This is true of pneumatic equipment that must be replaced because it cannot be retrofitted with DDC controls. This project will use the controls to correct building pressurization in the building and quickly identify problems with a continuous commissioning software system. All responsible sources may submit a bid, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $5,500,000.00 and $7,250,000.00 Will plans be available for� inspection� without charge?
