Description
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District (CENAU) intends to solicit and award a target of three architect-engineering (A-E) Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) in the form of a multiple award task order contract (MATOC) under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541330, Engineering Services, in support of various Environmental mission requirements within the US-EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). The contracts are to be procured in accordance with 40 U.S. Code � Chapter 11: the Selection of Architects and Engineers (formally known as the Brooks Act), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 36.102 and 36.202, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 236.102 � Architect-Engineer Services (class deviation 2026-O0019). The combined total estimated contract value will be $49M in shared capacity, with a five-year ordering period for each Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), in accordance with DFARS 217.204(e)(i)(A). This A-E services acquisition will provide professional and non-professional environmental engineering services to USACE to support the execution of various U.S. military and environmental programs. Services will be called to support the development of the military installations by providing various environmental data needed for the design, planning, and permitting process of construction projects. The MATOC will be a follow-on to the current Bavaria A-E MATOC (contract numbers W912GB21D0050 � 0053), though will have a larger area of responsibility. Work will be performed within the US EUCOM area of operation, which will consist of locations primarily in Bavaria (i.e. Grafenw�hr, Vilseck, Hohenfels, Freihoelser Forst, Amberg, Garmisch, and surrounding communities) and those associated with the Compliance Cleanup program in Ansbach, BENELUX, Rhineland-Pflaz, and Wiesbaden.
