Description
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO REMOVE THE PLA REQUIREMENT FROM THE SOLICITATION. THIS IS AN RE-ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICIATION WHICH REQUIRES PHASE ONE PROPOSALS ONLY. PHASE ONE PROPOSALS ARE DUE 30 MARCH. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ARE DUE 06 MARCH. SEE SUMMARY OF CHANGES.
