Description

The contract appraiser shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, personnel, travel and shall complete all requirements of this contract, including performance of the professional services listed herein.. Appraisal and appraisal report for the market value of privately held property identified herein that contains 161.98 aces under two (2) scenarios regarding inclusion and exclusion of transferable Base Allowed Coverages. Appraisal of property proposed for acquisition including 161.98 acres that is located in a rural area of Ed Dorado County, California six miles south of Lake Tahoe and three miles east of Highway 50.
