Description
Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is soliciting proposals providing Pine Street and Pine crossover road Asphalt Overlay w/options as defined in the Scope of Work. The Subcontractor shall perform all work as described in the Statement of Work for the Pine Street and Pine crossover road Asphalt Overlay w/options and all exhibits. All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the scope of work and all exhibits. A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for 09:30 AM, Central Daylight Time, April 15, 2026. Participants should meet (email ginakern@fnal.gov to receive Procurement Point of Contact) at the entrance to the Fermilab Welcome and Access Center (FWAC) before being escorted to Pine Street Asphalt Overlay project site. For Access to the National Lab, all subcontractors are required to submit their information at least 5 days prior to the date of the site visit for approval. See RFP for detailed information. Please review the requirements of the solicitation. Questions Close on April 21, 2026 at 5:00 pm CDT. All questions must be submitted in writing to ginakern@fnal.gov. The Request for Proposal (RFP) CLOSES on April 29, 2026 at 3:00 pm CDT. Please email your proposals with all required documents to ginakern@fnal.gov.
