Solicitation posted 2/3/2026. See below for description. In accordance with 38 U.S.C � 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this procurement is set aside for SDVOSBs. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel, and shall do all things necessary, that will result in the completion of the Renovate Building 9A for EHRM Administration construction project, in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings and all pertinent solicitation documents. This project is located at: Carl Vinson VA Medical Center (VAMC) 1826 Veterans Blvd. Dublin, Georgia 31021 VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. NAICS Code 236220 and PSC Code Y1DZ Contractor is required to fill in Unique Identifier in Block No. 14 on Standard Form (SF) 1442. PLEASE NOTE: The Contractor agrees to attend any Post Award Conference convened by the contracting activity or contract administration office in order to ensure congruent expectations on contract requirements. Any reference in the specifications to guarantee period services or warranties outside of the one year warranty period in accordance with FAR 52.246-21 Warranty of Construction shall be omitted and not considered for development of the proposal. A site visit has been scheduled, please review site visit information within this solicitation.
