Description

NOTICE: Please see the AMENDED PWS dated 20 July 2026. Changes have been made to Sections 2.1, 2.4.4, 2.4.5, 2.4.6, 3.1, Appendix F, Appendix I, and Appendix K. All changes are highlighed in yellow. The Contractor shall provide professional, safe, and effective Airfield Management Services (AMS) to the 14th Flying Training Wing (14 FTW), Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB), Mississippi and Gunshy Auxiliary Airfield, which is approximately 40 miles away from the main base. A complete inspection of the airfield needs to be conducted daily to include inspection of aircraft parking, airfield markings, general pavement and infrastructure, and the runway arresting system. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform all tasks and functions as defined in the PWS. The Contractor shall maintain, examine, and inspect CAFB and Gunshy Auxiliary Airfield to guarantee military and civilian customers a safe operating environment. The Contractor shall conduct Airfield support activities in strict compliance with United States Air Force (USAF) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards mandating safety requirements for military operations.
