Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Buffalo Delineated Area: City Limits of Buffalo, WY Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,018 Office, 6,242 Warehouse/Light Industrial and at least 19,380 SF of secured Wareyard space Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,861 Office, 6,570 Warehouse/Light Industrial and at least 19,380 SF of secured Wareyard space Space Type: Office, Flex/Warehouse/Light Industrial and Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 86 Parking Spaces (Surface): 86 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 20 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered buildings / sites: Site shall be, or can be made to be predominantly level. Site shall be adequately sized to meet all requirements, including security set-back, water management, snow removal storage and circulation. Shall be on City services. Shall not be located adjacent to correction facilities, schools, heavy industrial areas or operations causing excessive odors or noise. Shall be capable of sending and receiving radio transmissions from a local radio repeater. The wareyard shall be paved, secured (fencing and access control) and striped for 50 standard and 13 trailer length parking spaces with sufficient maneuvering space to accommodate a standard-length semi-truck with a 53� trailer (including ingress and egress). Ceilings: office area, minimum drop ceiling clearance of 9�0�; warehouse, minimum clearance of 16�0� to the lowest obstruction. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required (net of electricity and gas). Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year�/�500-Year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
