THIS DESIGN BUILD PROJECT IS POSTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE OFFERORS ON THE CURRENT DHS/USCG NATIONAL MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (NMACC III- POOL TWO) This project is design-build construction of the Cutter Engineering and Weapons Training Building Phase 2, TRACEN Yorktown, VA. This work may include but is not limited to construction of an 18,700SF addition to the existing Samuel Travis building at TRACEN Yorktown. The project consists of one (1) Base Item and two (2) Option Items. **Attachments for the solicitation will be sent via DOD safe**
