Description: The United States Space Force (USSF) Space System Command (SSC) Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) is publishing a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) Innovative Technology & Engineering � Space Test and Range (NITE-STAR) Capability Development Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ). This contemplated effort is to support OTTI by designing, developing, integrating, testing, and sustaining advanced space-based and ground-based systems. The purpose of the release of these draft documents is to facilitate an improved understanding of the Government requirements and to obtain industry feedback. Disclaimer: This is NOT a solicitation. This announcement is for informational purposes only. Proposals are NOT requested, and the Government is NOT accepting proposals at this time. This draft RFP and its attachments have been published for industry review and are subject to change. The Government will not reimburse costs associated with the documentation submitted under this request. Instructions: The Government welcomes questions/comments on any sections or documents of the NITE-STAR Capability Development draft RFP. Interested parties desiring to provide value added feedback on the draft RFP must submit written questions/comments regarding the draft documents using the Excel document titled, �NITE-STAR CD DRAFT RFP_Q_Cs". When submitting questions/comments please do not include an overview of your company or how your company can fulfill the requirement. Please submit only questions/comments to help the Government enhance the posted draft RFP documents. Communications with anyone other than the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialists are prohibited. Comments/questions regarding this draft RFP are due no later than 12:00 PM Mountain Time 22 September 2025 via email to SSC.TIK.NITESTAR@spaceforce.mil.
