ATTENTION: NOTICE OF SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This procurmemt is a set-aside for small businesses as indicated in AMS 3.6.1-1 NOTICE OF TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (OCT 2019) The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) is seeking proposals from sources capable of fulfilling Laboratory Support Services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in accordance with the attached statement of work. Please read the attached Solicitation in it's entirety and all other Attachments. Follow the instructions outlined in Sections L & M for submitting a responsive proposal. Please include the solicitation number 6973GH-26-R-00079 in the subject line of all email correspondence as indicated in Section L of the SIR. Proposals are due by EMAIL ONLY as indicated in Section L of the SIR no later than the closing date identified in the SIR ---Update March 30, 2026--- The following clarification question was posed to the FAA, which is hereby posted with the FAA's answer Question: �I am currently filling out the Section B Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost excel form for the above contract. Do all the unit price boxes need to be filled out for each service or do I only enter a value for the services we will be able to provide?� Answer: "Unit price boxes for every service needs to be filled out including costs for subcontracted support and testing. The services that MUST be performed by the prime contractor is program management and field technicians who gather routine samples to perform DMR monitoring and industrial wastewater pretreatment sampling. Other tasks and testing can be subcontracted. Offeror's must be in compliance with AMS Clause 3.6.1-7 LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING (JUL 2021)
