Description
This is a Sources Sought to identify sources capable and willing to provide these items. The Wisconsin Air National Guard at Truax Field in Madison, WI requires 5 EACH portable ladders to ensure safe access to the top of aircraft. The ladders must be self-supporting and stable, with a passthrough guardrail system or a walkthrough extension, enabling the user to safely climb one side of the ladder and step off the top platform onto the aircraft on the other side of the ladder. Review the attached Purchase Description for requirements. Sources capable and willing to provide these supplies are requested to email a response with �Sources Sought W50S9F26Q0002� in the subject line, which must provide the following information: 1. Name of the firm and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). 2. The socioeconomic status of the company. 3. Point of contact name, phone number, and email address. 4. Vendor assertion that it can provide these items and whether the items are either commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) items or commercial products. 5. Product details. All interested concerns should provide the requested information via email to this office no later than the date specified. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. The Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB or RFP, if any is issued.
