This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for market research purposes to identify potential sources and to determine whether this requirement can be set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) or, alternatively, as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This notice is not a solicitation and does not constitute a request for proposals, quotations, or offers. No reimbursement will be made for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. Pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. � 47), FAR Part 10, and Indian Health Service Manual (IHM) 5.5-6, the Indian Health Service conducts market research to determine the practicability of Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) or ISBEE participation. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is conducting market research to identify businesses capable of performing the services described below: 1. NAICS Code: 517810- All Other Telecommunications a. If respondents believe a different NAICS code is more appropriate, please identify the proposed NAICS code and provide a brief rationale 2. Description: The anticipated requirement is for AVAYA technical support and maintenance of current AVAYA digital telephony system. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Requested Information: Interested respondents are requested to submit the following information: 1.) Company name and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) confirming active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) in accordance with FAR 4.1102(a). 2.) Business size and socioeconomic status under the proposed NAICS code, including (as applicable): � Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) � Small Business � HUBZone � Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) � Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) � Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) 3.) Completed �IHS IEE Representation Form�, indicating whether the firm does or does not meet the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise. 4.) Capability statement, product or service brochure, and/or relevant past performance information demonstrating the ability to perform the described services.
