Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued in accordance with FAR Part 10 for market research purposes only. This notice does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or request for quote, nor does it commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. The Base Services Office at 182d Airlift Wing is seeking information from industry to identify potential sources capable of providing gym fitness equipment and accepting trade-in credit for used equipment. The Government is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified vendors capable of meeting the following requirements: Requirements: New or Certified Pre-owned Gym Fitness Equipment: Equipment must meet commercial standards for durability, safety, and functionality. Equipment must include, but is not limited to: Plate Loaded ISO Lateral Incline Press Plate Loaded ISO Lateral Row Plate Loaded ISO Lateral Lat Pulldown Plate Loaded ISO Lateral Shoulder Press Plate Loaded Glute Thrust Equipment must be delivered and installed at the 182d Airlift Wing, 2416 S. Falcon Blvd., Peoria, IL 61607. Trade-In Credit for Used Equipment: Vendor must provide trade-in credit for used gym equipment currently located at 182d Airlift Wing (provided during solicitation). Vendor must remove used equipment as part of the trade-in process. Warranty and Maintenance: Vendor must provide a minimum one-year warranty for all new/certified pre-owned (CPO) equipment. Vendor must offer optional maintenance agreements for ongoing support. Delivery Timeline: Equipment must be delivered and installed within 90 days after contract award. Compliance: All equipment must comply with applicable industry standards and regulations.
