Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TX City: Houston Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of Holzwarth Rd. and SH-99 to I-69 and Highway 494 East: Highway 494 to I-69 to TX-8 Beltway South: TX-8 Beltway to Elia Blvd. West: Elia Blvd. to Rankin Rd. to Kuykendahl Rd. to Elia Blvd. to Cypress Creek Pkwy. to Kuykendahl Rd. to Cypresswood Dr. to Holzwarth Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,599 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 36,700 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 214 Parking Spaces (Surface): 214 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 for Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs) Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must not be located within 1/4 mile proximity of retail locations, educational institutions, places of worship, nor hospitals Space must be located on ground level or above Parking must be located on-site or withing a 1 block walkable radius of the offered site. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
