This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This project is for Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area - Cyclic Replacement of 4 BISO HVAC Systems, TN and KY locations. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01. This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238220 plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning contractors, $19M TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Period of Performance 45 days after NTP SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
