The United States Air Force, is seeking potential sources capable of providing production, sustainment, and engineering support for the Joint Strike Missile (JSM). The required supplies and services encompass the complete manufacture, assembly, inspection, and delivery of AGM-184 All Up Rounds (tactical missiles) and their associated replacement spare components. The prospective contractor must also handle the provision and configuration management of the Computer Program Identification Number (CPIN) software suite consisting of the latest Mission Application Programs, Operational Flight Programs, and firmware required for the Common Munitions Bit-Information/Test Reprogramming Equipment Cyber Enhanced (CMBRE CE) to support missile sortie generation. Furthermore, the requirement includes robust production quality assurance involving Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) on production failures, the administration of program-level Material Review Boards for corrective actions, and the execution of comprehensive warranty administration for tactical missiles, non-tactical assets (such as telemetry and training units), and spare parts.
